Postage, Orders & Returns
Due to the nature of the ingredients in Bear Fruit Hair products, all purchases are final. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us, and we will send the correct immediately. Once product has been shipped, the purchase cannot be refunded. We will replace any defective product if it has not been used. Please ensure that you receive a return authorization from Nappturelle before sending any item back. We cannot accept returns for reasons related to not liking the scent, texture, appearance of a product, or a product not working as desired (customer results vary).
Contact us with questions or issues with your product within 7 days of receiving your product. We will do our best to assist. For hygiene reasons accessories cannot be return unless faulty, and if so please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to assist.
We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items. If you choose to return any products to us without following our returns instructions, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled providing it has not been already shipped. Bear Fruit Hair products are made using real fruits and herbs, essential oils, butters, and importantly, purified water. In using natural ingredients such as these, standard preservative is added to make your product last much longer. It's always best to store any hair care product away from heat and humidity, and out of direct light. It's recommended to store your Bear Fruit Hair product in a cool area, even your refrigerator, to ensure that your product lasts longer.
In addition, because products uses ingredients such as fruits, herbs, and purified water in the conditioners, we cannot put a guarantee on the shelf life of the natural ingredients in the products, but we do suggest that the average shelf life of Bear Fruit Hair conditioners and our other water-based products is at least two months (usually much longer). We recommend using your product within a couple months, due to the nature of the ingredients.
We don't use a lot of extraneous ingredients that solely serve the purpose of making the ingredients mix well or look aesthetically pleasing, so you may find that different combinations may have ingredients that separate. Just shake up your bottle to get the initial consistency of mixture, so that the ingredients can be evenly distributed when you're ready to apply the product to your hair. Bear Fruit Hair products are handmade, and batches will tend to be thicker or thinner than others.
